Rail loading of grains

In October and November, 2013, for company TISACOOP from Kanjiža, a direct manipulation of sunflower seeds from trucks to railcars was performed. The sunflower seed was unloaded from trucks onto a concrete platform in front of the railway and was loaded into TAD wagons with arc loading bridge. The first loading was carried out into 15 wagons, and in the second round 9 wagons were loaded. The surveyor that participated in the loading was SGS.

Beside rail loading of grains, Port of Senta is ready for rail handling of fertilizers of all kind as has the consent of Serbian Railways for unloading/reloading of hazardous substances (for two forms of ammonium nitrate: UN 2067/50 and UN 1942/50).
