Total abolition of fee charging for passing through the lock on the river Tisza (63rd km)
Dear Ladies/Sirs,
Please be informed:
The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Hungary on navigation on the river Tisza, which was sign in Niš on November 21, 2016, is confirmed and will take effect from July 12, 2017. The information was published in the Official Gazette of Republic of Serbia - International Agreements No. 5/2017.
This means, that from that date, passing of vessels through the lock on the river Tisza (63rd km) will no longer be charged. Passing will be free of charge for all flags.
Since the JVP Waters of Vojvodina, received later this information from the competent ministry, they ask the shipping companies to report them if they had made payment for passing after that date.

ANNOUNCES
that the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Hungary on navigation on the river Tisza, which is signed in Nis, November 21, 2016, enter into force on 12 July 2017.
